To know Township, you need to know Adam. Adam was practically born in a car dealership. As a kid, if he wasn't in school or on the ice, he was washing cars, shoveling snow off the lot, or ladling waste oil out of barrels in the shop at the end of the day. He learned that getting a well-used farm truck cleaned up and ready to sell builds perseverance, and potato dirt tastes nothing like potatoes.
About the only job in a dealership Adam hasn't mastered is mechanic. If you ever saw him with a wrench, you'd understand.
You see, Adam isn't a car guy. He is entirely confident he couldn't change a tire, even if his life depended on it. Adam's real passion, and the reason you are reading this, is his passion to help and protect people. Traits you typically don't connect with running car dealerships.
Seeing how most dealerships badger and abuse customers into spending more money than necessary always drove Adam crazy. When he made a stink and asked why customers were treated so badly, he was told, "That's how the car business works." He knew right then he was going to run a different type of dealership, where people could get the vehicles they wanted and needed at the best possible price. No badgering, no abuse. He said, "If I don't take care of them, who will?"
